Canadians Barry Bernstein and Barry Stein have made whisky their second careers. After starting out as Canada’s first independent Scotch Whisky bottlers with Premium Bottlers whiskies, they’ve moved into the distilling business. Their Still Waters Distillery near Toronto has already produced its first Canadian whisky, and is about to release its first single malt whisky.
