Black Bull Kyloe Blended Scotch Whisky. Image courtesy Douglas Taylor Ltd.The name comes from the breed of cattle featured on Black Bull’s labels, and the nose is beefy and robust with a nice maltiness and notes of stewed prunes, plums, ginger, nutmeg, and a touch of dried fruits. The taste is spicy with a cinnamon burst, hints of orange peel, broth, malt, and honey. The finish is spicy and long with fading cinnamon, a hint of clove, orange peel, and honey. Very nice.
